Faith Made Genuine Ministries focuses solely on creating a genuine faith in the hearts of God's people through connection and resources. It is built on the foundation of 1 Peter 1:6-7. This website is meant to be a haven for those who are hurting and need to find comfort and encouragement. Healing is possible, and the journey is better when walking with someone who has previously walked along the path.
When life's circumstances comes at you rapidly, and doesn't let up - they can sometimes shut you down. Then comes stress, extreme fatigue, depression, overeating, overweight, physical illnesses... the list goes on and on, and the cycle goes round and round. I have been there. After losing all three of my children in pregnancy in the 2nd tri-mester, and my heart being somewhat healed from that, the next 6 years of life led me into a deep, dark depression and the near destruction of my marriage.
Now on the other side, I can tell you with resounding joy - that not only will Jehovah Rapha heal your broken heart beyond what you are capable of imagining, He will deliver you from whatever holds you hostage and rebuild and restore whatever is torn down. If you find yourself in a “wilderness” don’t be discouraged! I know it is dry, hot and barren and it feels like you will never arrive to an oasis - but don’t stop where you are, please; just keep moving one foot in front of the other.
One of my Pastors taught on faith once before, and one of the things he said was, “God will lead you into the wilderness, but He will not leave you there!” I am a living witness, delivered from the middle of a dry, hot wilderness, to tell you there is an oasis, just please keep walking. If the Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness (Matthew 4:1), He will definitely lead each one of His children into the wilderness. Here is the good news - you can move from being lost in the wilderness to being "like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season and its leaf does not wither; and in whatever you do, you will prosper" (Psalm 1:3). God will lead you into the wilderness, to do a work in you, so that when He leads you out of the wilderness, He can do His work through you!
So, until your faith can be found giving praise, honor and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, Faith Made Genuine Ministries can be a place of connection with someone who understands what it feels like to be grieved by various trials, as well as a place of resources to help you encounter the Creator and Healer of all hearts.
